Specticle Blinds, Single Blinds, and
Ring Spacers
Alloy blind/ spacer products are designed per ASME/ ANSI B31.3, B16.5, B16.47
current editions. They are designed for full ASME/ ANSI flange rating. Include
no corrosion allowance.
Standard material is Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, or may be Special Standard,
finish for these items is Mill Finish.
Alloy's experience in manufacturing blind/ spacer products includes the use
of carbon steel A-36, 516 Grade 70, Stainless Steel, 304L, 310, 316L, 317L, 904L,
Alloy 20, and Hastelloy®. Other material available upon request.

Strainers

to your specifications from any type material or configuration.
Perforated Strainers
Perforated Plate Notes:
- Consult Alloy for available thickness.
- Other hole sizes and spaces are available with the following cautions:
- Material is normally NOT stocked
- Hole diameters should be greater than the material thickness.
- Ligaments (space between holes) must be greater than or equal to the plate
thickness.
- Perforated plate is available in most weldable materials.
Alloy can perforate any type of material with our in-house CNC punch capabilities.
Wire Mesh Strainers
Notes:
40 mesh and coarser are normally available.
All standard meshes are normally available.
Consult Alloy for available meshes in 304/304L, 316/316L, 317L, 904L, Alloy 20.
Special meshes available available in most alloys.
